Summary
This page consolidates everything you need to know before paying — what you pay, how often, in what currency, when it renews, how to cancel, and what counts as a successful charge. Read alongside the Terms of Service, Refund Policy, and Cancellation Policy.
1. Plans and prices
VoxBooster is offered in four tiers:

The current price for each tier is shown on voxbooster.com/pricing and at checkout. Prices are per account, not per device — your plan’s device limit is shown on the pricing page.
2. Currency and regional pricing
Prices are shown and charged in the currency that matches your country of residence whenever possible:
- Brazil — BRL via Kiwify (card, PIX, boleto);
- United States, Canada, Mexico — USD via Stripe;
- EU / EEA / UK — EUR or GBP via Stripe (your country selects);
- Other regions — USD via Stripe as default.
Currency is locked at the first paid checkout for your account. Subsequent renewals charge the same currency, even if you travel or change residence, until you explicitly switch tiers or cancel and re-subscribe. This avoids surprise FX differences on auto-renewal.
VAT, sales tax, and local consumer taxes are added at checkout where required. The displayed price on the pricing page is excluding these taxes unless otherwise noted on the page itself.
3. Recurring billing — full disclosure
When you purchase a Monthly, Quarterly, or Annual plan, you are authorizing an automatic recurring charge to the payment method you provide. By completing checkout you acknowledge:
- The renewal amount. Future renewals charge the same amount as the initial purchase, unless we notify you of a price change at least 30 days in advance by email to the account address.
- The renewal frequency. Monthly renews every 30 days, Quarterly every 90, Annual every 365. The first renewal date is shown on the checkout confirmation page and in the confirmation email.
- How to cancel. Cancel in one click from the dashboard at any time (see Cancellation Policy). Cancellation stops the next renewal; paid access continues to the end of the current period.
- No long-term commitment. There is no minimum number of renewals. Cancel after the first cycle and you are not charged again.
- Free-trial conversion. If your subscription started with a 3-day free trial, the first charge occurs at the end of the trial. You can cancel during the trial to prevent the charge — go to dashboard → Billing → Cancel subscription before the trial end date.
4. When a charge is “successful”
A charge is considered successful when the payment gateway returns an authorized + captured status to our webhook (Stripe payment_intent.succeeded, Kiwify approved). At that moment:
- Days are credited to your account via
creditSubscriptionDays()— the single atomic entry point that extendsvip_time_end; - A
paymentsrow is recorded with the gateway-side payment ID for audit; - A receipt is emailed to the account address within minutes;
- The Windows client picks up the new entitlement at its next heartbeat (within 30 minutes; force-refresh from the client menu if needed).
If any of those four steps fails on our side, the charge is treated as incomplete and we either complete it (replay) or refund it within 3 business days. We never keep money for a charge that did not fully provision your account.
5. Failed payments
If an automatic renewal payment fails (card expired, insufficient funds, bank declines):
- We retry up to 3 times over a 7-day window;
- The account is marked
past_dueand you receive an email asking to update the payment method; - If no retry succeeds, paid access is suspended at the end of the current period and the subscription is canceled — no charge to refund, because none succeeded.

6. Refunds, withdrawals, and disputes
Refund rules and statutory withdrawal rights (Brazilian CDC Art. 49 7-day, EU/EEA/UK CRD 14-day) are documented in the Refund Policy. Chargebacks filed without prior contact suspend the account; see Refund Policy §5.
7. Receipts and invoices
Every successful charge produces a receipt to the account email within minutes. PDF invoice copies (Brazilian Nota Fiscal where applicable, EU VAT invoices) are downloadable from voxbooster.com/dashboard/billing for the past 24 months. Need a receipt outside that window? Email [email protected] with the transaction ID.
8. Statement descriptors
Charges appear on your card statement as:

If you see a charge from one of those descriptors you do not recognize, check the email address it might be on (a family account?) and email [email protected] with the date and amount — we resolve mistaken-identity charges within 1 business day.
9. Changes to billing terms
Price changes, currency changes, or billing-frequency changes for existing subscribers require 30 days’ email notice to the account address before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance; if you do not accept, cancel before the new terms take effect — see Cancellation Policy.
