Summary
VoxBooster is a digital product delivered electronically. There is no physical shipment, no postal carrier, and no shipping cost. Access is provisioned to your account within minutes of a successful payment.
1. What you receive
A successful purchase grants you:
- The Windows client download (voxbooster.com/download) — installer for Windows 10 (build 1903+) and Windows 11, x86_64 only;
- A license key linked to your account email — no manual entry needed; the client signs in with the same credentials as the website;
- Active paid days added to your
vip_time_endaggregate (see Billing Disclosures for how the credit math works); - Access to voxbooster.com/dashboard to manage devices, billing, support tickets, and your affiliate program.
2. Delivery timing

If a payment is approved at the gateway but your account does not unlock within 15 minutes (or within 3 business days for boleto), email [email protected] with your transaction ID. We resolve provisioning gaps the same business day.
3. Where the product is delivered
Delivery is to your VoxBooster account, identified by the email you used at checkout. You can install and sign in the Windows client on any Windows PC up to your plan’s device limit. See the Terms of Service §3 for the device-sharing rules.
You do not receive a physical license card, USB key, or printed manual. All product files and documentation are downloadable from voxbooster.com/download and voxbooster.com/docs.
4. Free trial
The 3-day free trial is provisioned immediately on signup, without payment. Trial days do not count toward your paid period; if you upgrade during the trial, the trial ends and the paid plan starts that same day.
5. International availability
The Service is available worldwide where local law permits the use of voice-transformation software. We do not currently offer localized Windows installers for non-Latin-script versions of Windows (Japanese / Korean / Arabic UI); the client UI itself is fully translated into all 10 supported languages once installed. The website and dashboard work in all 10 languages globally.
6. Failed deliveries — what we do
If the Windows client fails to install, fails to activate, or fails to sign in after a successful payment:
- We provide installation support free of charge through [email protected];
- If the issue cannot be resolved within 14 days and is on our side (server outage, license signing bug, account corruption), we refund the unused portion of the plan to the original payment method;
- If the issue is on the user side (incompatible hardware, anti-virus blocking, Windows version not supported), we credit the days lost during troubleshooting back to the account.
7. Discontinuation
If we discontinue the Service entirely, active paying users are notified at least 90 days in advance via email. Lifetime purchasers receive a pro-rated refund as described in the Refund Policy §6 if discontinuation occurs within 5 years of their purchase.
